This one shows the brilliant sulphur yellow
colour and texture of the fleshy pores.
Location: On roadside in remnant vegetation
litter.

This orange fungi was intriguing and I haven't
a clue what it is!
My original photos were not up to standard, so
I took a second series the following day.
I can't detect any evidence of gills.
The stem was bulbous. I don't know
whether it's it's own species or an Agaric
or Chanterelle that's seen better days.
Location: Mossy environment along roadside.
Height: 2cm
Width: 1.5cm

That orange one is a bit different. I'm feeling motivated to go foraging for fungi.
Go for it, mosura! I've just got back with a few more to add later. I was specifically searching for Club Fungi and moulds today. No Clubs to be found, unfortunately. The ones I was looking for appear under eucalypts and sheoaks.
I got a mould though! :-)

Re the second set of images, I am wondering about the "Orange_peel Fungus". Normally it occurs in groups, but one has to start somewhere. It is related to the Jelly Fungi, and so you will not find gills (an Ascomycete).
Trouble for bloggers is that fungi are so attractive, but so darned difficult to come to terms with.

Thanks for that, Denis. At the time, I did check Aleuria aurantia but they are normally gregarious, I think. This was a single specimen. I will be keeping my eye on the spot and if more come up, I will apply the "blow test" to see if a spore cloud is released or not! If white spores are visible, that should confirm it is the Orange-peel.
You are right, fungi are difficult, but it's a heck of a lot of fun photographing them and then trying to determine what what they are.
I will have my training wheels on for a very long time, believe me! :-)

I found an Orange-peel Fungus today but it is different to yours, for yours is clearly stemmed, whereas mine was not.
I have linked from my post tonight to this post. To know what something IS NOT is something, anyway.

you certainly have a wealth of fungi around you, and good observation skills.
The bolete you have pictured here is likely to be one of the blue-staining boletes. These bruise blue when damaged, and there is a slight blueness on both images. If next time you hang around to see if the fungus bruises, this can often be a helpful identifying feature.
